A strategic leadership opportunity to drive growth, operational excellence, and community presence across multiple territories — bridging field operations and executive leadership in a scaling organization.

The Regional Operations & Business Development Specialist is a high-impact role responsible for driving growth, operational discipline, and community presence across multiple territories. You will serve as the strategic bridge between field operations and executive leadership — ensuring consistent service delivery, strong referral pipelines, and scalable systems that support sustainable, long-term growth.
This is not a siloed position. You will own the full client lifecycle — from initial outreach and referral development, through onboarding, care delivery, and retention. If you thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and love the challenge of building something meaningful, this role was made for you.
This position spans four interconnected areas of responsibility, each essential to regional success.
Build referral networks, generate leads, and grow market presence through strategic community outreach.
Oversee daily operations across territories, guiding teams to achieve performance and quality goals.
Drive onboarding excellence, retention strategies, and high-touch communication with families and partners.
Collaborate with leadership on forecasting, KPI reporting, and regional growth planning.
At the core of this role is a relentless focus on growth. You will design and execute regional strategies to increase client acquisition and revenue — building durable relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, physicians, senior living communities, and other key referral partners.
Beyond relationship management, you will actively represent the brand in the community: attending networking events, leading outreach initiatives, and identifying emerging market opportunities to support territory expansion.
Ensure consistency in service delivery, staffing, and client satisfaction across all assigned territories.
Coach Client Care Managers, Staffing Coordinators, and office teams toward performance excellence.
Track client hours, caregiver utilization, retention rates, and service quality benchmarks.
Ensure adherence to company policies and identify inefficiencies to implement scalable solutions.
From the moment a client is onboarded through the entirety of their care journey, this role holds accountability for quality, satisfaction, and longevity. You will be the escalation point, the relationship champion, and the retention driver — all in one.
Ensure every new client receives a seamless, well-coordinated start to their care experience.
Support teams in resolving concerns and escalations quickly and empathetically.
Conduct regular check-ins and track satisfaction data to continuously improve service delivery.
This role has a seat at the table. You will collaborate directly with executive leadership on regional forecasting, goal setting, and growth strategy — translating field-level insights into actionable intelligence.
Analyze KPI data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across territories.
Partner with leadership on territory planning, revenue forecasting, and strategic goal alignment.
Deliver regular, data-driven reports on growth metrics, operational performance, and market conditions.
Support implementation of new tools, platforms, and company-wide operational initiatives.
Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
3–5+ years of experience in operations, business development, or healthcare / home care leadership
Proven track record of driving growth and managing multiple priorities or locations simultaneously
Experience with CRM systems and operational platforms — ClearCare or similar preferred
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned region
We invest in the people who invest in our mission. This role offers a competitive, well-rounded package designed to reward performance and support long-term career growth.
Market-aligned compensation commensurate with experience and regional scope.
Incentive pay tied directly to regional growth metrics and KPI achievement.
Full mileage reimbursement for regional travel within your assigned territories.
PTO, and additional benefits to support your wellbeing.
Clear advancement pathways within a scaling, mission-driven organization.
This role is critical to scaling operations while maintaining the high standards of care and service that families depend on.
The Regional Operations & Business Development Specialist is not just a job title — it is a meaningful leadership position at the intersection of business growth and human impact. By building strong referral relationships, guiding operational teams, and championing client experience, you directly shape the quality of care delivered to families across the region.
For the right candidate, this role offers a rare combination: strategic autonomy, community connection, and a direct line to executive leadership. If you are driven by both results and purpose — and you want to build something lasting — we want to hear from you.
