At the core of this role is a relentless focus on growth. You will design and execute regional strategies to increase client acquisition and revenue — building durable relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, physicians, senior living communities, and other key referral partners.
Beyond relationship management, you will actively represent the brand in the community: attending networking events, leading outreach initiatives, and identifying emerging market opportunities to support territory expansion.

Day-to-Day Oversight
Ensure consistency in service delivery, staffing, and client satisfaction across all assigned territories.

Track client hours, caregiver utilization, retention rates, and service quality benchmarks.

Ensure every new client receives a seamless, well-coordinated start to their care experience.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
3–5+ years of experience in operations, business development, or healthcare / home care leadership
Proven track record of driving growth and managing multiple priorities or locations simultaneously
Experience with CRM systems and operational platforms — ClearCare or similar preferred
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned region
