HOW I HELP

I know the Permian Basin — and I know which doors actually open.

After more than ten years of doing this work, I've built my own directory of the local people and programs that actually deliver — rent and utility help, food, transportation, senior services — all across West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico. I've called these numbers myself. When your family needs help, I don't hand you a list of phone trees; I point you to the right door and tell you who's behind it.

Is this you?

This page is for you if…

  • You're helping a parent out here and you don't know where to even start looking
  • The bills are piling up — rent, utilities, groceries — and you suspect help exists but can't find it
  • Mom or Dad can't drive anymore and you need to figure out how they'll get to appointments
  • You've spent hours on hold with agencies that keep transferring you somewhere else
  • You live far away and need someone who actually knows these towns to point the way

How I work

Step by step, side by side.

01

Tell me what you're up against

Call me or send a note. Rent trouble, an empty pantry, no ride to dialysis, a parent who needs more than the family can carry — say it plainly. I've heard it all, and there's no judgment here.

02

I point you to the right doors

Not a stack of brochures — the specific local people and programs that fit your situation. Real people who pick up the phone, not phone trees. My guidance is free and independent; I answer to your family, not to any program on the list.

03

You use the free directory anytime

My full compiled directory lives in the free Guide — searchable, open day or night, covering West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico. No login, no cost. Bookmark it and come back whenever the next question shows up.

04

Call me when a door doesn't open

Sometimes a number's changed, a program's full, or you just hit a wall. That's not the end of the road — that's when you call me at (432) 901-6465, and we find the next door together.

What's included

What you can count on.

  • My personally compiled, vetted directory of local resources across West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico
  • Rent and utility assistance — who offers it locally and how to ask
  • Food help — pantries, meal programs, and grocery support in your area
  • Transportation options for medical appointments and daily errands
  • Senior services — the local programs built for older adults out here
  • Plain-words direction to real people, not automated phone trees
  • A standing invitation to call me back when a lead goes cold

Free & independent — always.

My guidance costs your family nothing and answers only to your family's best interest. I'm Kendall Warren, BCPA · CSA — a neighbor, not a call center, serving the Permian Basin, West Texas & Southeastern New Mexico.

Yours to keep

The full directory doesn't sit behind my phone number — it lives free in the Senior Source Guide, searchable and open to every family in the region. Start there tonight if you'd like; call me whenever you want a human being walking beside you.

Honest answers

Questions families ask me.

Is the directory really free?

Yes — truly. No login, no cost, and I never sell your information. Senior Source Guide is a free community service, and the directory is part of that promise. You can search it as many times as you need without ever giving me your name.

How current are the phone numbers and programs?

I verify the listings on a monthly cycle, because out here a number that worked in March can be disconnected by June. If you ever hit something out of date, call me at (432) 901-6465 — I'll get you the current door and fix the listing for the next family.

What if my town isn't listed?

Call me. The directory covers the Permian Basin — West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico — but no list captures every small town's every resource. If help exists in this region, odds are good I can point you to it, and if I can't, I'll say so plainly and help you look elsewhere.

Out here, half the battle is knowing who to call — let me hand you the list I've spent years building.
