Important Disclaimer

We want to be clear and honest about what we do — and what we don’t. Senior Source Guide is here to walk beside your family with guidance and support. Here’s exactly what that means.

In an emergency, call 911.

If you or your loved one is having a medical emergency, do not wait and do not use this website — call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room right away.

Education and navigation — not advice

Senior Source Guide provides education and helps families navigate their options. What we share is not medical, legal, or financial advice, and it shouldn’t take the place of guidance from your own doctors, attorneys, or financial professionals. Think of us as a trusted guide who helps you understand the map — not the specialist who makes the clinical, legal, or money decisions for you.

Always follow your care team

Your doctors, nurses, and care providers know your loved one’s health best. Please always follow their instructions and treatment plans. Never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of something you read here. When in doubt, ask your care team.

What a BCPA does — and doesn’t

Kendall Warren is a Board Certified Patient Advocate (BCPA). A patient advocate stands in your corner: she helps you ask the right questions, understand your options, organize information, and connect with the right local resources. Advocacy is support and guidance — not clinical care. Kendall does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or provide medical, legal, or financial services. She helps you get to the people who do, and makes sure you’re never navigating it alone.

About our resources

We do our honest best to share accurate, helpful, and current information about providers and resources in the Permian Basin, West Texas & Southeastern New Mexico. Even so, programs and details change, and we can’t guarantee every outcome. Mentioning a provider or resource isn’t a formal endorsement or guarantee — please confirm important details directly and make the choice that’s right for your family.

We’re here to help

None of this changes the heart of what we do — helping West Texas families with clarity, confidence, and care. If you have a question about any of this, a real person is ready to talk. Call (432) 901-6465 or email hello@seniorsource.guide.
