Your privacy, protected

Privacy Policy

Your family’s trust is the whole business. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, what we never do with it, and how to reach us with any question.

We will never sell your information

Plain and simple: we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, ever. We are not a lead-generation service. When you reach out to Kendall Warren, you are talking to a local advocate — not a list that gets passed around.

What our contact form collects

When you fill out a form or send us a message, we collect only what you choose to share — typically your name, your phone number or email, and a short note about your situation. We use that information for one reason: so Kendall can respond to you personally and help your family. We keep it confidential and only as long as we need it to assist you.

We do not collect medical records or PHI

Senior Source Guide is not a healthcare provider, and our website is not the place to send sensitive medical information. We do not ask for, store, or collect protected health information (PHI) such as diagnoses, medical records, or insurance details through this site. Please don’t include those in a web form — if Kendall needs any of that to help you, she’ll talk it through with you directly and privately.

How we use what you share

  • To respond to your questions and follow up with care.
  • To guide your family to the right local resources and providers.
  • To improve how we serve families in the Permian Basin, West Texas & Southeastern New Mexico.

That’s it. We don’t use your information for anything you didn’t come to us for.

A note on our website

Like most websites, ours may use basic, standard tools to keep the site running smoothly and to understand which pages are helpful. None of that is used to identify you personally or sold to anyone.

How to reach us
